What happens after I place an order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order number. We will also send you a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you’d like to cancel an order, please email us at info@electrofiable.ca before you receive a shipping confirmation. Once the item has been shipped, we’ll need to wait for it to be returned in its original packaging before processing any refund.
I received the wrong item or a damaged product. What should I do?
