  • What are the shipping costs? 

We calculate the shipping cost based on the weight and size of the item. To determine your shipping costs for one or more items, simply add the item to the cart. The shipping costs will be displayed before your payment and just after you enter your address. Don't worry about adding items to the cart, you can remove or change them at any time.

  • What happens after I place an order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS for your confirmation number, you will also receive a tracking number to track your package.

  • How to locate my parcel?

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you buy the wrong item or change your mind and want to cancel your order. Please email us at info@electrofiable.ca before you receive the confirmation email that the package has been shipped. If the item is sent, we must hold your payment until the item is returned to us in its original packaging.

  • Merchandise Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for new parts. Note that used parts are final sale.

Go to RETURN at the bottom of the page to complete a return form. We will send you instructions on how to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • I don’t receive the correct product that I ordered.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the problem quickly.

  • How can I unsubscribe from one of your mailing lists?
